Does not work on small dents.
I really wanted to like this product and was happy to try it. I had a few small dents (dents) the size of a coin on my car that I wanted to get out, but no matter how many times I tried, the glue came off and the dents wouldn't budge. I emailed support (the box says they are available 24/7 but it took them a few days to reply to me. They asked for a photo of the dents and replied that the product didn't work for small dents yes you should have posted a warning right on the product listing, a bit sketchy if you ask me I'm not sure if this also works for big dents but I haven't tried it.
