This valve worked well. To anyone planning to replace their old PCV valve I would suggest warming up the engine first. When I replaced mine it was 32 degrees - the original one was hard to get off, I pulled straight up to get it out, not realizing I'd broken off the bottom half that was left inside. Then I had to fish it out. After I pulled it out, it was very difficult to insert the new one. I had to put a nest on it and "drive in" it with a hammer. and when I say touch, I mean I had to smack hard to get it back in place. Before you remove the old PCV valve, take a picture of it to see exactly how deep it sits in the valve cover so you know when the new one goes in. only after I made mine did I read about some of the problems others were having. It should be an easy job, but cracking a valve cover or dropping something in it can quickly become a major headache, so try warming up the engine a bit before replacing it.
