rode a boat 1000 miles and found the reel handle was gone! I called Fulton to get a new roller grip as I've only had the jack for 2 years and it had a 5 year warranty. The support rep was snooty and told me it was my fault for not doing preventative maintenance. Told him the grip was tight when I left and left when I arrived, asked him how many miles I had to drive before I left and checked that the grip wasn't loosening. He reluctantly said he would send me a new video in the collection but received no written confirmation that this would actually happen. I can't believe they can't figure out how to tighten the nut on the reel assembly. Anyone from Loctite?
