I've been using this device for a few weeks now. I really like the versatility of the cartridges. I use it to make postcards and it's very easy to add glue before cutting the paper. I find the cartridges reasonably priced and much cheaper than the paper company sticky sheets. My nine year old uses it with no problem. To update. It's been nine months and I still love him just as much. This greatly simplifies the creation of maps. I take the scraps and run them through the Xyron and then use my Gemini to cut out shapes, words or pictures. I also use it to make free planner stickers! If I don't use the whole sheet, I just put it in my trash box and use it in another project. That way I don't waste any glue or leftovers. I also used it to laminate important documents in my Happy Planner. For example, I have an annual project calendar that I print to scale, laminate and perforate so it's always on my calendar. It worked great! The car had only one problem. If the top isn't blocked, this won't work. I accidentally didn't complete it several times, all my fault, and got scared thinking it was broken. It's not like that haha. In nine months I've used two 5" glue cartridges and one 9" glue cartridge. I only used about 1/3 of the laminating cassette. But I use this thing almost every day! So the ammo lasts a long time. I can't even count how many postcards I've made. I would buy it again and again and recommend it.
