At the age of over 60, I loved this new (to me) way of making a cup or two of coffee. The product video was a bonus! Great taste and easy application. Looks great on our kitchen worktop. It seems most of the negative reviews were old so it seemed like the product now shipped was different or improved based on the latest feedback and what we got (we chose the 8 cup model) looks good looking and is solid enough . I was a little surprised that Revain only sent it in the original manufacturers packaging and not double boxed like they often do, but ours arrived safe and sound. Enjoy!
