Great product but be careful
Works very well, adheres to concrete and OSB. Be careful when you pull the paper, it is now flexible. Only on the second try did I notice that there were 3 separate strips of paper on the back. Suggest drawing the smallest one first to give yourself an advantage. If you pull out all the paper, it's impossible to get a straight edge because it's inherently flexible. Prefer this to trimmed strips at the corners.
