FULL PRICE to test, measure and inspect

PRICE IS FINISHED. Looks and feels like a tool that should cost 1/3 the retail price. The scale lines have been reduced to just 1/16 inch, which is great when you're paying a high price for a precision tool. The photos and detailed description lead me to believe it will have metric markings or both, it only had inches.
