Don't slip at first.

These straps are very durable. My slipping problems are gone. These are the best tapes I've ever used! But in winter they squeak like a pig! I tried tightening them but they still creak. They seem to be good in the warm season because they are made of rubber. When you buy the best non-rubber brand, you get what you pay for.
