NOT USB 3.1 Gen 2 - Networking Products
This is a USB 3.0 device (now called USB 3.1 Gen 1) with a maximum transfer speed of 5 Gbps. It has a USB-C connector on one end and four USB-A ports on the device. It is built and works well. It would get four stars if they didn't use such a misleading description in their description - 5 stars if it didn't have such a short cord!
