Although this device works, there is no technical support. I've been using it for about 5 months and I always understand not yet how to turn off the wifi transmitter from the U-WAVE-R so I can move the wifi adapter to another building, the problem is that even if you completely uninstall the software, reboot and reinstall it, it still remembers the old devices previously connected to U-.WAVE-R.Calls to support are either not answered, or are routed to someone who isn't there, or they just say they don't know how to operate their own devices.Answers So actually the hardware is very good with a good range but the software it runs on seems very outdated it looks like going back to wi windows 95 if you set it up respect.
