Size is small. I’m a 32 waist and the mediums usually works very well for me on other brands. This one the medium works but I don’t have much play room.
- Belt is great, I would recommend buying a size bigger. Overall very happy with this workout belt
- The belt may be too rigid for some users, causing them to feel restricted during lifts
