This is an inexpensive and effective lift kit. You will definitely get the permission you want. The rear is easy to install, but you will need a jack and jack to do it safely. The front is simple, but you'll need a few extra shims to make it a perfect fit. Took me a few hours and the instructions could have been a bit clearer but if you have some mechanical skill and common sense this can be done in your garage. Hand tools work, but an air or battery impact would be a nice bonus.
