Review on RL Suite by Peter Sullivan

I like how easy it is for me as an admin user who has never used this software before in my life! It was very simple but also made things look pretty good because of its design/looks (I'm not really into looking at charts all day). The only thing i dislike about RLSuite so far are their customer service reps which can be slow sometimes when you call them with questions or have problems using your system after downloading everything etc.. They were great overall though they do seem too busy during certain times throughout our business days where we need someone more knowledgeable immediately - no disrespect intended toward anyone working there just trying to explain why some people get frustrated by having issues getting help quickly from those represenations once needed assistance!! Overall excellent product. We've been able solve several billing discrepancies within hours instead of weeks-months previously taking forever via other methods such as paper files, spreadsheets ect....
