RL Suite Review

It is very easy for me as an employee of this organization to use it in my day-to-day activities with our clients' health plans. The best thing about RLSuite so far has been how simple their interface makes everything seem like one step away from being completed! The best thing about this software is its ability to manage all aspects of an organization’s health benefits plan in one place including enrollment/disenrollment process; claim submission & processing along with eligibility verification. We have been using it for over 3 years now without any issues or complaints from our end users as far as their experience goes. I like how easy it is for me as an admin user who has never used this software before in my life! It was very simple but also made things look pretty good because of its design/looks (I'm not really into looking at charts all day). The only thing i dislike about RLSuite so far are their customer service reps which can be slow sometimes when you call them with questions or have problems using your system after downloading everything etc..
