Review on RL Suite by Keith Harris

The best thing about this software is its ability to manage all aspects of an organization’s health benefits plan in one place including enrollment/disenrollment process; claim submission & processing along with eligibility verification. We have been using it for over 3 years now without any issues or complaints from our end users as far as their experience goes. I would say there isn't anything we dislike at present time but if you are looking forward to new features then they should consider adding more functionalities like integration with other HRMS such as ADP etc. It has helped us streamline processes related to employee enrollments into group plans by providing seamless access via web browser while also ensuring compliance requirements are met.
