It is very easy for me as an employee of this organization to use it in my day-to-day activities with our clients' health plans.
The best thing about RLSuite so far has been how simple their interface makes everything seem like one step away from being completed! I wish we could have more options when creating reports or tracking data but overall they are pretty great at what they do which includes keeping us informed via email updates throughout each month regarding any changes made by them (or not). We've noticed some slight delays while using the system during peak hours such as 9am - 11 am due to high call volume/traffic however these issues can be resolved if you contact customer service immediately after receiving your first notification through emails sent out daily around 8pm EST time zone.
