I'm a nerd. I'm an electronics engineer. I'm a jack of all trades. And I like first class instruments. About ten years ago I bought a 15.6 V cordless drill from Panasonic, which was highly rated at the time and not exactly cheap. He acted like a rock star. First the battery was dead. I bought a defective branded replacement battery. A year later it was out of service. Now I was without a battery that would run more than a few screws. Panisonic brand replacement batteries retail for $100. Ouch. So I took one apart and found 3000mAh Sub-C batteries. So I started googling. And I found many batteries from everywhere. And I've read Revain reviews and found a lot of poor quality and distorted batteries. This, this article got good reviews. I needed batteries with solder terminals. I restored my drill battery in about an hour using larger capacity batteries. I charged it with the factory charger. It worked with all green lights indicating full charge. These batteries are a real find.
