I had the misfortune of purchasing at FUNPENY not too long ago, and I was not pleased with the service I received. They say they're "committed to providing the best customer service," but I had the complete opposite experience. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and making a transaction was a hassle. If you place a high value on having your questions answered, I wouldn't suggest buying at FUNPENY.
