Good seat cushion does not slip.
This pillow is of good quality and does not move when getting in and out of the car. Does not cause overheating when sitting for a long time. It's not a soft pillow, if that's what you want. The memory shape stays in place and maintains the correct rear end position in the chair. After a day's work, my back is tired but not sore. Hope this isn't too much information.
