Decided to give it a try as the negative complaints are mostly about bad videos. The photos clearly show the cast metal rollers, but what has caught on are the plastic barrel bottoms that people complain about. I bought an extreme condition base that actually has heavy cast rollers in it. Unfortunately, with this design, there is a lot of play in the leveling feet, making the machine not very stable. My solution is to remove the leveling feet and put some felling wedges under the leading edge. I just kick them with my foot. Easy to install and remove and reliable. Not very convenient if you move the car every day, but I won't move them very often, so that's good enough. Build quality based on extreme conditions is also much better. They are definitely not made in the same factory. Tldt: Take the extreme condition base and skip this one.
