Temperature control just got a whole lot easier thanks to the right seal. Smoke doesn't get through the door and wood chips last much longer than before. The smoke stays in the smoker where it belongs and I can actually open the vents. Make sure you are surgically clean on the surface you want to stick it to. I used oven cleaner to remove most of the dirt and then quickly wiped with brake cleaner to remove any residue. The seal will hold tight if you follow the instructions.
