A pleasure to work with. I had a small delivery window and they made sure the item was there on time. The motor runs great, is good value, light weight and mounting the bracket was easy. I read a few reviews that said the mount was bad, but I read between the lines and realized I was getting a well-designed mount that just needs a little tweaking and knowing how to use it. A couple of wing nuts and making sure it's tight is all it takes. The mount looks good, has a light print and I don't have an ugly plank of wood and plastic pipes sticking out. I'm ordering a second one for my wife today!
