Handy tool! for BBQ stirrer
I use this spatula almost every day. It's great for tossing and serving roasted vegetables, tossing buckwheat pancakes with blackcurrants, or picking up a duck egg smashed on a bed of cabbage. It's strong but thin and flexible enough with a comfortable grip. The front edge of the spatula is sharp enough to cleanly slice through the baked salmon, which is very handy. This is a good kitchen gadget that I fully recommend.
