I was very new to fermenting anything until I started looking for ways to preserve my donuts/pickles I grew last summer. I found all the information I needed and more on [.]. And when you join the Fermentation Club, you'll have access to all kinds of recipes, questions and answers, and MUCH more information from the people who do it. for years. I was very happy to find this website and all the great information it offered. Originally, I wanted to "can" my organic vegetables. After much research, with the help and support of the GREAT easyfermenter team, I realized that if you are "allowed" to simmer in a home canning system, you lose any chance of preserving the valuable probiotics you would have produced through the fermentation process. It made a lot of sense to me. So I decided to ferment instead of canning. Any questions I had were answered quickly via the "Contact Us" link on easyfermenter. wow . not only a great product that got me my first successful batch of pickles but also guided me through the entire process. I have previously ordered 3 piece fermentation lid sets (which had very poor instructions and a website that also gave you very little information). It turned out that these kits do NOT work due to their flaw as they do NOT release the filling of the top plastic part with water. OK I was new but your instructions were BAD. I lost my first 3 cans of pickles because of this (the mold is irreparable) and switched to the "Light Digester" which was just that, EASY! And it worked! See photos of my final product! I hope you keep releasing your product that does everything it promises to do and let others have the same success as I did (for the first time)!
