Although the description at the top of the page says it is parchment, it really isn't. This is a 90 lb watercolor paper that will stand up to most watercolor designs that a layman might want to make. I've punched it with paper punches of all shapes and sizes, just cut it out with scissors, cut out shapes with my Big Shot, and even used it in my Pazzles Inspiration digital cutter (which also handles 130lb watercolors with little effort). additional attention). This watercolor paper will hold up to anything I throw at it and I have used it to teach very young children the basics of watercolor painting as well as other paper crafts. It's definitely worth the price. It's not professional watercolor paper, but on its own it does a pretty good job.
