Review on HiLetgo Converter Booster Supply Step Up by Drew Beckett

Update: 2 were broken and one just didn't work. So out of 5 items only 2 really work. I received this 5 pack and was disappointed that one was crushed and totally unusable (2 pics) and the other just didn't work. My input voltage is 4.191 and the maximum voltage I can get on the output pins is 4.104. Out of the three I tested, one works and I can easily go over 12V with my 4V power supply. Another thing is that the product description emphasizes "counterclockwise up, clockwise down". Of course it's the complete opposite.
