I like how easy it was to set up our store, even though we only had one location at this time! It took some getting used too but once you get there its amazing what they can do with their software in such an affordable way for small businesses.

The customer support could use work as well - very slow response times (even when calling) from sales reps or other employees of compass point solutions. If price comes first than go somewhere else otherwise if ease of setup/use then give them chance because after all thats why i bought my system right?
