Not quite what you were hoping - need more integration options
I like the ease of use and the ability to link to other systems such as Excel, Outlook and EAM. The ability to have everything in one place. The lack of training and support for the platform. The platform is very difficult to navigate and the lack of training and support from the company is poor. WorkGuru is a very good project management tool but is not as easy to use as other systems. It is fairly easy to set up and use and will definitely meet your needs. I have used it to manage my project and my inventory. The main benefit is that it is easy to use and integrates with other systems. I have used it to manage my projects and my inventory.

- Ability To add workflows/steps directly into excel or word docs.
- Integrated calendar features are great!
- Supports multiple platforms (outlook etc.)Very simple interface which helps users understand how best they can utilize this product without too much knowledge about programming languages required by traditional PM software solutions available today
