Choose this modem based on price and reviews and this modem will be on the TWC recommendation list. Installation and activation in less than 20 minutes. The modem worked fine for about 10 days. We then started getting messages about unavailable websites when surfing the web. They got more frequent until yesterday our internet went on and off every 4-8 minutes. I restarted my system several times and then called TWC. I called TWC several times, checked for errors 4-5 times and in the end we decided this was my new high speed modem. I went to BEST BUY and bought a Motorola Surfboard SB6141. Installation and activation via TWC in less than 20 minutes. Problem solved. Some reviews say that this modem has a tendency to drop internet connection. This one apparently had a broken part and was fried. Today he returns to Revain. I do not recommend. So 1 star. You may be fine, but I'll stick with Motorola.bwc
