Not as impressive as the video claims but does the job. I'm not the world's fastest cook, so I was hoping this would make my prep a little easier: Turns out, this gadget didn't magically make me a better cook, so maybe my expectations were met. too high. But the blades do dull, so that claim can't be verified, and it's not much lighter than any decent peeler you'd buy at a specialty store. Basically you get what you pay for and don't expect too many changes to your cooking routine unless you are new to cooking.
