I replaced my old bypass valve with this one and wow what a difference. The old valve came with our water filter and had a value in the form of a push/pull pin. Over time, the old value began to fail, the water pressure in both the kitchen faucet and the water filter dropped (the pressure was reduced from day one, but it only got worse), and water entered the water filter when you didn't were I don't use it. From the moment I set this value, the pressure was fully restored and I didn't get any leakage into the filter. This product was worth my money. My only regret is that I didn't replace the original value from the start.
