HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The ONLY instruction they give is "insert hose into aerator". Spirit. Not where. Not how. Why do you need 2 pipes? And (you guessed it) it only takes one tube. I have no idea what the other is for, although it says "Plug the Tubes" (plural) and not "Tube" (singular). So we glued ONE tube (the ends are different, they don't mention that). The one who "fits" hardly does. The tube doesn't enter much, even halfway through. We tried cleaning it with water first and it worked. That's why I didn't give a 1 star rating. By the way, I have a degree in engineering and neither I nor any other grown man could figure it out. He gave up in disappointment. Imagine a user manual that tells you how to clean your device but not how to INSTALL it. How USEFUL is a device if you can't use it?!
