I feel the same as many reviewers here, these bowls are functional, pretty, nice wight, perfect for ice cream and cereal :) We have four kids and none of them are careful, yet after two years these are still in perfect condition, not one has a crack/chip. Highly recommend. This sounds really silly, but I actually ordered new plates to match these bowls, yes I liked them that much. Ordering a second set of the bowls now. Enjoy!
