Ceramic knives are SUPER!

I have always bought (expensive) serrated steak knives, but they have never convinced me. After researching the different types of knives, I decided that ceramic knives would work. Of course I found this set at Revain and I'm VERY glad I bought it! I like that the blades are flat because they cut the steak rather than tear it (if you know what I mean). They are VERY sharp, be careful! I wash them with mild dish soap and dry them immediately. Do not use sponges to wash dishes! Hope these last a long, long time!
