Didn't show time: watch clasps

Bought to replace the guts of my favorite watch. Installation was easy enough although I'm replacing old hands used the one that came with the kit. It seemed to keep time well for about a day, then not so much. Tried a new battery but still couldn't keep up.

Pros

Measurement from hole center to tip: Hour hand approx. 80mm/3.1in; Minute hand is approx 110mm/4.3" long; Second arrow ok. 100mm/3.9"
