The battery is dead and it's hard to tell if it's even still on. Red and green indicators do not work as described in the instructions. I accidentally pressed buttons until it worked. Also, the plastic part of the device broke after less than 5 months of use. It's completely broken off so you can't put it back on. I contacted customer service to inquire about the warranty but they never responded. Update 4/26/21: A company representative contacted me 4 months after filing the complaint. Better late than never. They fulfilled their warranty by sending me a replacement item. I changed my rating after they fixed this issue.
