The very first thing I want to tell you is that this is not a product that should be installed by a beginner. If you're not comfortable disassembling the dashboard in your Mercedes, you need someone to do it for you. Watch Road Top (seller) Youtube video before making a decision. The installation is not smooth. You will find that the documentation is not very good. The videos are all in Chinese and there are spaces eliminating the steps you need to take. It will take a lot longer than you think and you will end up with several broken joints and cuts. Remember that Mercedes designs everything, so you have to go through a lot of steps that you have to remember to build your car later. The actual construction of the product is truly amazing. It is well made and works as advertised. It adds features that would cost thousands at the factory if they were already available when you bought a car. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade. The support is great. Very attentive and will support you until everything is sorted out and ready to help you in any way we can. Reason for four stars: I'm very happy with the end result, but I'm not happy with the time. and the effort it took to get here.
