It definitely holds bags
The product boxes do not fit into the holder which is annoying since you have to remove the entire front plate to refill one size causing all the bags to fall out. It's plastic and kinda reminds me of vinage 70s kitchenwares. If this falls off the wall though, it will probably end up garbage. It holds bags so it does it's job.
