Easy and efficient way for tracking projects
I like how easy it was to use this software! It's very user friendly when you're first using it but as time goes along your needs change or requirements arise so there are times where we have had issues implementing changes in order to meet those new demands of our system.
We've been able to solve most problems ourselves however some things were more difficult than others especially if they weren't something familiar such as an excel file being used instead of one from Microsoft Word etc. This has helped us streamline many processes within my organization which helps save me tons of man hours throughout each week.
Pros
- The customizable nature allows for flexibility across all departments, even outside IT department employees can utilize these tools easily without having any programming experience at least not much anyway lol :)
Cons
- Sometimes changing data becomes tricky depending upon what is needed by other users who may be working with different types of files that aren’t compatible among themselves
