I like how easy it was to use this software! It's very user friendly when you're first using it but as time goes along your needs change or requirements arise so there are times where we have had issues implementing changes in order to meet those new demands of our system. We've been able to solve most problems ourselves however some things were more difficult than others especially if they weren't something familiar such as an excel file being used instead of one from Microsoft Word etc. This

We use CliE in our practice as well at my home office where I am an NP/PA provider who sees her own clients remotely via video chat or phone calls from both locations! It has been so helpful because it allows me access all of this information about what we are doing together without having someone come into clinic every week (which would be too expensive). I had some minor issues regarding my login but they were resolved in one day from contacting Clixa customer service team via email or phone call (if needed). The ease of use and the ability to quickly access patients in the system. The ability to easily create reminders for patients to show up for their appointments.
