Works as intended. Bought this item for bathroom fans. I had bought some a few years back via amazon and when time came to build our new home I wanted to use what I knew worked. I bought the 2pack, but I don't think it was like for like to the one I bought previously. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was it has a max fan of 30mins. That was a bit disappointing at first, but is more than enough now that they are in use. Be careful to buy one that is compatible with exhaust fan! I bought some from big box stores and it causes the fan to pulse, these do not do that and I would recommend. Some complain of the bright LED light, I like it. Just enough light for the midnight bathroom run.
- Does not interfere with the wiring in the house
- Possibility of timer malfunctions, which could cause the lights/fans to switch off unexpectedly
