I bought this winch to replace an original winch that no longer worked. The price of this item was too good to be true. It installs well, but the crank on the winch is about 1/2" taller than stock. When inserting the rod from the rear bumper through the tube into the winch, it was not possible to line it up with the female nut on the winch I had to return the goods and buy the original part (3 times more expensive) from the local parts store I can tell.
