I like how fast they respond if you call during non-business hours. They are very helpful when it comes time for an upgrade or new product purchase decision. Their pricing structure can be confusing at times as well. We have been using them now since 2013 but we had some issues this year regarding upgrades which were resolved quickly by their team. If your looking for great phone system solution then get in touch! There really isn't anything I dislike about competitive techsolutions other than maybe having two different accounts (customer A vs B) so make sure both teams work together effectively. The benefits include quick communication between departments through calls/emails etc., less paperwork & increased productivity overall within my department.
