The purpose of any cycling gear (tank top and overalls) is to make the rider more aerodynamic, so everything should fit snugly, not too tight to make you uncomfortable, but not baggy or dangling in the wind. However, the tank top was too loose in the torso and neck, and the straps were too tight, especially in the thigh area. Based on the sizing chart, I probably need an XL size for the bibs and a size M for the jersey, and that fits my actual 36" waist, not my 33" pant size. I ordered a size up because it looked like a lucky mean for station wagon. Overall I think the product is good value for money but it's difficult to buy such a combination and get the right size. For my height, I'm 5ft 11" and 180 pounds. My hips are about 22 inches and my biceps are 13 inches (not sure if those are real muscles). Perhaps this size is more suitable for those with a slightly thicker top and slightly thinner legs.
