Good for light scratches
Used to remove LIGHT scratches on my black boat and black truck. Very good job on the truck. I cleaned up some scratches from my wife's nails on the door. Had to do this twice on the boat, the scratches were deeper than I thought, probably should have used a boat cleaner. It is designed to be cut and then broken down into a polishing paste. Very happy with the shine. If you have a badly oxidized gelcoat or deeper scratches on your car, a mid coat might be worth trying. I liked the light because I didn't worry too much about taking pictures. Use with a buff for best results, it works by hand but takes a lot longer. I would buy this again.
