Broken overseas, flimsy, clumsy and flimsy. Buyer Warning!
Took it to Malaysia and immediately regretted it the first time I plugged it in. The small top plastic pin should click out and snap into place, but would still unlock and the two bottom pins would not go in without the top plastic pin connecting. It took a lot of fumbling and swearing to get the damn thing to connect, and when it did, it was damn temperamental. Then the top pin didn't work at all and just wouldn't engage. like that . after a few days of persistence i threw it away and shared what my husband bought - better check out the cxords universe travel adapter - its plug worked very well - i will take one of these with me for my next trip abroad.
