Arrived in beautiful and thoughtful packaging (it was nice to open a gift), the glass feels good in the hand, fits in a medium sized cup holder, all rubber seals are easy to remove and replace after cleaning, The inner glass is stainless steel and the tea strainer/tea holder - a well sized tea strainer for the right serving per ounce of your choice (week or strong loose tea). The instructions were legible, grammatically correct, as well as contact information for further assistance! Holds hot water from a kettle without burning your hands holding it, retains heat well. Overall, I highly recommend this item. I will post another review after 2 months of use to see how it holds up. *If I could change anything about this product, I would have an optional interchangeable lid that is sealed with no hole, along with an 8 ounce mug. pouring for those who want to use the thermos as a take away mug while sitting at the table or lounging by the fire etc. I had the mug for about two weeks when the lid broke. Dunguri immediately replaced him and handwritten his apologies for the inconvenience. In addition to a replacement they contacted me 2 weeks later to make sure I was happy!
