Very good pressure sluice gate

I have tested many gates and am very picky. First of all I would like to point out that if you don't install this according to the instructions the gate will not stay locked. I saw another review that said the gate was not locked. There are guides showing how to close the gap so it snaps into place. If you properly remove the screed before laying, you may miss this important fact. This is probably one of the easiest gates I've installed and also the most secure. Some try to give you a wider range of widths by using elements that fit, but this one is for your doorway. That makes it almost individual. Accessories and only four parts that are inserted into the side holes from above and below. You then move the white dial around until you reach a secure fit. To be honest it took me 15 minutes at most and that's only because I was very careful. Once you know how it works, you can easily remove and reinstall it. It's funny that I learned that not all doors are standard. In the area where I installed the gate (my laundry room) I have a door to the bathroom as well as the hallway. I had no idea that everyone was slightly different. These gates give you a small range for each gate, so make sure you measure your opening carefully. The gate swings in both directions. When you open it, you pull the gate latch to release the bottom, but when you close it, it automatically locks. This is going to be difficult for a toddler to comprehend, and since the gate is about 30.75 inches tall, it might not be big enough to do it even if it could. To be on the safe side, do not put this on top of the baby steps. Although this would be difficult, I would be concerned that a child might bump into her, knock her over and fall down the stairs. If you need a gate at the top of your stairs I would buy gates that screw into the wall. It's not worth the risk. I'm very picky about baby gates and this is one of my favorites. I would buy another one without hesitation.
