This program helped me to better organize my appointments with clients, I was able to customize each appointment so that it fit their needs exactly, this helps me in keeping track of what services they receive throughout the year! There isn't anything too bad about this product.

Maybe you should have an option for more training courses or something like that because sometimes i'm not sure if the features are self explanatory enough but the help section has really helpful videos/tutorials. It can be used when organizing your schedule at work as well as during leisure time. I started using this a few years ago and it had been very beneficial to date!
