It makes it so much easier than having someone else do all of my scheduling because they are out or not available during certain times when i need them most (like right after work!!). I love that it keeps track of all appointments in one place, so I don't have to go back and forth between my computer and my phone. It also lets me set up reminders so I never forget an appointment! I wish there was more room for notes about each client. Sometimes I need to add notes in order to remember who they are or what their dog's condition was like.
